Andrew Kushner, Esq.
Mr. Kushner focuses his practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law and Medicaid planning, residential and commercial real property, business transactions and representation of attorneys in ethics and fee matters. He is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, Federal District Courts of the Third Circuit. Mr. Kushner is a member and former president of the Camden County Bar Association and currently serves as President of the Camden County Bar Foundation. Mr. Kushner was selected by New Jersey State Bar Association, Committee on Professionalism, as the "2007 Camden County Professional Lawyer of the Year. He was also the recipient of the 2008 Camden County Bar Association "Peter J. Devine, Jr. Award" for outstanding service to the Bar.
His participation in Bar and charitable activities also includes serving as a member of the Supreme Court District IV Ethics Committee as a former Chair and two terms on the Supreme Court District IV Fee Arbitration Committee as both a member and Chair of that committee.
Andrew is a regular instructor for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education Skills and Methods Course in Wills and Estates and is a regular participant in seminars given by the Camden County Bar Association and New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, lecturing in Professional Responsibility.
Mr. Kushner received his B.A. cum laude from Dickinson College, J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an L.L.M (Taxation) from Temple University School of Law.
