Brenda Lee Eutsler, Esq.
Ms. Eutsler is a partner with the law firm of Asbell Kushner & Eutsler, P.A., Cherry Hill, NJ. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate administration and litigation, estate planning, guardianships, elder law and real property. Ms. Eutsler presently serves as Co-Chair of the Probate and Trust Committee and Public Benefits Committee of the Camden County Bar Association and is a member of its Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Elder Law and Probate and Trust Sections.
Ms. Eutsler is an instructor for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJ-ICLE) Skills and Methods course on Estate Planning and Estate Administration and a lecturer for seminars presented by NJ-ICLE and the Camden County and Burlington County Bar Associations. She also speaks before professional, business and civic groups on her areas of practice.
Ms. Eutsler has served as a member of the District IV Ethics Committee and is currently a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court's Roster of Qualified Mediators. Ms. Eutsler is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law at Camden teaching Decedents' Estates and Trusts.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Eutsler was Deputy Surrogate of Camden County, serving as Clerk to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Probate Part. She was also self-employed for eighteen years as a contract paralegal and provided services to law firms in South Jersey in the areas of probate, estates, guardianships and adoptions. She was a founding member of the South Jersey Paralegal Association and a member of the Supreme Court Committee on Paralegal Education and Regulation.
Ms. Eutsler devotes considerable time to fund-raising efforts for charitable organizations. She is a former Chairperson of the South Jersey Chapter of the March of Dimes and served for several years as Chair of the Chapter's Annual Sports Awards Banquet.
Ms. Eutsler received her B.S., with high honors, in Business Management from Rutgers University School of Business, Camden, NJ, and her J.D., with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, NJ.
